Privacy notice
How we handle the data you share with us when you get in touch.
Data controller
Printum Concepts and Machine Experts, S.A. de C.V. ("Printum Concepts"), located at Ingenieros #15, 2do piso, Cd. Satélite, C.P. 53100, Naucalpan, Estado de México, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.
Data we collect
Your name, company, email, phone, the product line you are interested in and your message. We do not collect sensitive or financial data.
How we receive it
When you send the contact form, your data is stored in our database (Supabase, a cloud infrastructure provider) and we get a notice with your message by email (Google) and internal messaging (Telegram). If you choose WhatsApp, the chat opens with the message ready and you decide whether to send it. We also receive your data when you write or call us directly.
What we use it for
To answer your request, prepare quotes and technical assessments, and provide sales follow-up and support. Secondarily, to send you information about products, services and events. If you do not want the latter, write to us and we will stop; it does not affect how we handle your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it when needed to handle your request (for example, with an equipment manufacturer to confirm a configuration) or when a competent authority requires it by law.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, by Google LLC, to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they view and where they come from. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_*) only turn on if you accept them in the cookie notice, and Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to nebula@printumconcepts.com with your name, a way to reach you, what you are requesting and, if applicable, a document proving your identity. We will reply within the time limits set by Mexican law.
